CH-R Family Solicitors are an established law firm with over 40 years of combined experience, specialising in family law. Set up in 2013 by Claire Hamilton-Russell and Daisy Hutchinson who have both worked in magic circle London firms, we are able to offer a highly personalised and bespoke approach to family cases. Based in Newbury, Berkshire we act for a wide variety of clients, many of whom are based in London as well as internationally. We have extensive experience advising high net worth individuals, and have regularly acted in complex, international cases.

Our aim is to assist clients in what can be a difficult time by being proactive, empathetic, professional and non-judgemental. Our service is entirely client focused, taking into account their needs and requirements and offering bespoke solutions where possible with minimum acrimony.

Claire Hamilton-Russell

Claire has a wealth of experience in family law, having initially trained at City Law firm Travers Smith. She moved to Farrer & Co where she became a partner in the Family Team in 1998.

Daisy Hutchinson

Daisy qualified in 2003 with Charles Russell in London when she joined Claire's team at Penningtons. She has ten years experience of high net worth family law.
